(October 6, 2014) — Texas Turnpike Corporation today cancelled the last in its series of information sessions to update and enhance its maps and other materials that illustrate possible alignments for the proposed Northeast Gateway.
“We thank everyone for their participation in the Northeast Gateway environmental study process. Over the last two weeks we have received valuable feedback throughout the corridor and are currently working on several updated items, including more detailed project maps with road names and indicators, to be available to the public soon,” said K. Neal Barker, board member and spokes person for Texas Turnpike Corp., developer of Northeast Gateway.
“As we work on these items, the meetings scheduled for tomorrow, Tuesday, Oct. 7 in Wylie, and Wednesday, Oct. 8 in Royse City, have been cancelled. As soon as we have updated materials ready and posted on our website, we will let everyone know,” Barker said.
