ROCKWALL, TX (Nov. 19, 2014) This month the ladies of Aspasians once again provided Thanksgiving baskets for The Rainbow Room of Rockwall County. Thirty-two families were provided Thanksgiving bags that were full of items needed to make a Thanksgiving feast. Each family was also given a gift card to purchase their own turkey to complete the meal.
At the November Aspasians meeting held at the home of Erika Stephens, Bobby Chesher with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services and Dorothy Burris from the Rockwall Rainbow Room, visited with the Aspasians members and shared about the Rainbow Room mission. Dorothy shared that there are ongoing needs at our local Rainbow Room, including size 3 diapers. Aspasians is proud to support this local organization.
