(ROCKWALL/HEATH, TX – Nov 23, 2015) Although his journey on NBC’s The Voice has ended, Rockwall native Blaine Mitchell has a bright and promising future ahead as a talented artist/singer-songwriter. The City of Rockwall is excited to announce that Blaine will be performing live during the Tree Lighting Ceremony, which is set for 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 5 at City Hall.
According to his online profile, Blaine has been performing since the age of five, and he is passionate about music, faith and family. His positive lyrics and his love for singing and performing make Blaine a favorite for audiences of every age.
The Tree Lighting Ceremony is part of Rockwall’s all-day Hometown Christmas Celebration, which begins at 9 a.m. with the Kiwanis Christmas Parade, followed by pictures with Santa and festive family events in downtown Rockwall (see schedule below).
