Col-Met of Rockwall to host motorcycle ride, car show benefiting Helping Hands

(ROCKWALL, TX – July 12, 2016) Col-Met in Rockwall will host its 1st Annual RIDE FOR A CAUSE, a 100 mile bike ride and car show benefiting Helping Hands of Rockwall County, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, September 24 at Co-Met, 2975 Discovery Drive.

Col-Met, with its 150,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located in Rockwall Technology Park, is recognized as the market leader in paint booths, powder booths, ovens, washers, AMUs, and other finishing system components for use in the industrial, automotive, truck and large equipment, and woodworking markets.

Registration for the event opens at 8 a.m. Kick-stands go up at 9; and return to Col-Met by 11:30 a.m. The car show runs from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. with an awards ceremony immediately following. Enjoy music, food, and fun at this kid-friendly event, along with a silent auction and raffle.
