Rockwall Realtor pledges to donate percentage of commission to charity

(ROCKWALL, TX – Aug. 12, 2016) Whether you’re getting married, changing jobs, or moving to a new neighborhood, life transitions can be as exciting as they are stressful. For Rockwall resident Jennifer Claire, growth and change come naturally – especially when you’re called to do something you love.

A Realtor at heart (she first earned her real estate license in the 1990’s), Jennifer has spent the last several years putting her sales and marketing expertise to work in the hospitality industry. In 2008, she opened the Hilton Bella Harbor (now the Hilton Dallas Rockwall Lakefront) as Director of Sales & Marketing. She held a similar role at The Highland Dallas, the inaugural Curio Collection by Hilton property. She was also a sales leader for Marriott where she managed five hotels in downtown Dallas. Her background even includes being a state finalist in the Miss Texas USA Pageant.

But Jennifer knows that home is where the heart is, and that means transitioning back to the business she loves – selling residential real estate for Keller Williams Realty, Inc.

“I’m excited to return to my passion of selling real estate and to be associated with such an established and trusted brokerage as Keller Williams,” Jennifer said. “The hospitality industry mirrors the real estate industry in many ways, especially in providing excellent customer service and creative solutions for clients’ needs. I’m able to use my established skill set to help homeowners throughout North Texas in a thriving market that has been home to me for 30 years.”

Driven by desire to serve others and give back to community, Jennifer has also made an unusual pledge: to donate five percent of her commission on every home sold to her client’s charity of choice.

“Community service has always been important to me,” Jennifer said. “What better way than to give back while helping clients find the home of their dreams?”

With first-hand knowledge of local market growth and an innovative approach that utilizes both experiential and traditional marketing, Jennifer is poised to lead home buyers and sellers through their own transition. Jennifer is even available to shoot drone photography –technology that provides a bird’s eye view when selling a home.

Jennifer’s current areas of specialization are Rockwall County and Preston Hollow north to Plano, including North Dallas, Addison, and Richardson.
