(ROCKWALL, TX – Nov. 22, 2017) Are you looking for a unique way to start the holiday season? Consider attending a faculty concert presented by the music professionals at the Rockwall School of Music! No matter if your preference is vocal, instrumental, jazz or classical, this concert promises to provide something for every musical taste.
This special event will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, December 3 in the sanctuary of the First Presbyterian Church, 602 White Hills Drive in Rockwall. It is free and open to the public.
“Rockwall has been named the Free Live Music Capital of North Texas and the Rockwall School of Music is doing its part by providing another free musical option for our community,” said Russ Porter, owner of the School of Music. ‘If you are a lover of music and are seeking a free concert that allows you to hear diverse music professionals, you won’t want to miss this event.”
Aaron Tsai, a piano and violin teacher who helped organize this concert, added, “The Rockwall School of Music has over 25 professional music faculty and has been seeking the right time to premier their talent for the community. Those who attend the concert will be pleased with the variety of music as well as the variety of vocal and instrumental pieces performed.”
The Rockwall School of Music has served over 5,000 musicians in the greater Rockwall County area over the past 21 years.
“We hope this will be the first of many free concerts that the music faculty of the Rockwall School of Music will provide to our community,” said Porter.
