Meet Palmer, Blue Ribbon News Pet of the Week

(ROCKWALL, TX – August 21, 2018) We’d like to introduce you to a very special boy named Palmer. Palmer ended up at the shelter after being hit by a car. He had a badly broken leg, and even though he endured TWO surgeries to try to save his leg, they just weren’t successful as his knees was too badly damaged and not strong enough to heal properly.

Palmer recently had that leg amputated and he’s recovering wonderfully. He’s happier and getting along great as a tri-pawed dog! Palmer doesn’t want you to feel bad for him because he only has three legs. He wants you to love him and make him part of your family. He’s endured a lot and deserves his happily ever after.
