(ROCKWALL, TX – August 27, 2018) The Lone Star Chapter of National Charity League recently hosted a philanthropy fair.  Lone Star Chapter mothers and daughters serve local philanthropies such as Rockwall Pets, Helping Hands, Rainbow Room, and Women in Need.

The mothers and daughters of the chapter contributed hundreds of volunteer hours of service to the Rockwall community last year.

On August 25th the Lone Star Chapter welcomed their newest philanthropy, Patriot Paws. Patriot Paws was locally founded in Rockwall by Lori Stevens in 2005.  The mission of Patriot PAWS is to train and provide service dogs of the highest quality at no cost to disabled American veterans and others with mobile disabilities and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) in order to help restore their physical and emotional independence.

Lone Star members are looking forward to the opportunity to support this outstanding national philanthropy right here in Rockwall County.
