Rep. Justin Holland earns 100% NFIB voting record on small business issues

AUSTIN, TX – NFIB (National Federation of Independent Business- Texas), the state’s leading small business advocacy organization, has announced that Representative Justin Holland, Texas House District 33, is among the 72 Texas lawmakers to earn a 100 percent NFIB voting record in last year’s legislative session.

“Rep. Holland is a true friend of Texas’ small business community,” said Annie Spilman, NFIB’s state director for Texas. “He has shown our members that he will do everything he can to create and maintain an environment where entrepreneurs and small, family businesses can expand and create jobs.”

Spilman said the NFIB Voting Record does not reflect every element considered by a legislator when voting or represent a complete profile of the lawmaker. NFIB’s 2019 Voting Record for Texas included six key votes on property tax reform, rural access to broadband, post-disaster tax exemptions, project labor agreements, workforce development, and lawsuit reform.
