From the Rockwall County Office of Emergency Management:
(ROCKWALL COUNTY, TX – June 14, 2020) We have received confirmation of our first death outside of the Broadmoor Facility. An 80-year-old resident of Fate has passed away. RCOEM and all of Rockwall County are thinking about and praying for the friends and family of the resident.
There are now 16 confirmed deaths, 235 confirmed cases, 172 reported recoveries, 3954 conducted tests reported. 28 persons reported to Rockwall County hospitals suspected of having COVID-19 in the last 24 hours.
