ROCKWALL, TX – July 30, 2020 – What safety measures will be in place for Rockwall ISD bus riders this school year? Terry Penn, RISD Director of Transportation, said that safety measures include wearing a mask and sanitizing hands when boarding and disembarking the bus. Only one student will be allowed per seat, except for siblings who can ride together.
