ROCKWALL, TX – Dec. 15, 2020 – When school was shut down abruptly following Spring Break in 2020, Pullen’s outdoor garden was left untended. After six months, the third graders at Pullen Elementary School, whose classes overlook the garden area, noticed the outdoor garden needed some attention and they sprang into action!
The boxes are now full of lettuce, cabbage, onions, dill and many more herbs and vegetables. Students are seeing their hard work payoff and are excited about what they are accomplishing.
