ROCKWALL, TX – Jan. 26, 2021 – This is the time of year when Americans take stock of their charitable contributions, as they can be deducted from their upcoming tax bill. In a recent study, financial technology company SmartAsset analyzed IRS data to discover the places where people donate the most money. The study measured how much people donate as a percentage of their net income and the proportion of people in a given county who make charitable donations.
