Rockwall-Heath Highsteppers win honors at Duncanville High Hat competition

(ROCKWALL ISD-February 27, 2013) The Rockwall-Heath High School Highsteppers attended the Duncanville High Hat Competition on Saturday February 9, 2012. The Highsteppers represented Rockwall I.S.D. very well, winning several honors.
