North Texas Kids, Sci-Tech Discovery Center present Family Field Day

Grab the family for some good, old-fashioned fun this spring. North Texas Kids Magazine and Sci-Tech Discovery Center are presenting a Free Family Field Day event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.  Saturday, April 21 at the Frisco Discovery Center, located at 8004 North Dallas Parkway, Frisco, TX 75034.

This fun-filled event will feature some field day favorites such as sack races, tug-o-war, water balloon tosses, an obstacle course and more. Festivities will also include live music, food trucks, craft stations, demonstrations, the Dallas Kite Club and free admission to Sci-Tech Discovery Center during the event.

Family Field Day is sponsored by Angels of Care, Jumpstreet Indoor Trampoline Park and CooCoos and will feature a variety of family-focused vendors.

“Sci-Tech Discovery Center and North Texas Kids both have a commitment to strengthening families in our community,” explains Minette Riordan, publisher of North Texas Kids. “This event is the perfect excuse for families to get out and play and to explore Sci-Tech’s hands-on discovery experiences in math, science and technology.”
