(ROCKWALL-December 11, 2012) The Rockwall Area Chamber of Commerce recently hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony welcoming Lady of America Fitness for Women, located at 2135 Ridge Road, on the second floor.
The women’s only health club offers more than 30 group exercise classes weekly, such as Yoga, Zumba and Cycle classes.
Lady America also has several amenities including childcare, tanning, a hydro massage bed, sauna, personal training and boot camps.
They are open from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m., 365 days a year.
