(ROCKWALL, TX – June 29, 2017) During the weekend of June 17 – 18, 2017, the City of Rockwall Parks & Recreation Department held a Back the Blue Baseball Tournament at the Leon Tuttle Baseball Complex to benefit the Rockwall Police Department. Today the Parks Department presented Chief Kirk Riggs and The Rockwall Police Department with a check for $4,000.
