Press Release (Dallas, TX)          Oct. 20, 2011 – Inspire Financial Group, a member of U.S. Retirement Partners, Inc. and a financial services company located in Richardson, Texas, was recently invited to participate in the True Blue Business Recognition Series, a program that publicly recognizes exceptional companies and business owners in the Dallas-Fort Worth area that are “doing business right.”

Scott Sams, morning show host at KRLD NewsRadio 1080 and former news anchor at CBS 11 and WFAA-TV Channel 8, interviewed both Tyson King, founder and CEO of Inspire Financial Group, and his brother Korbin King, COO, to gain insight into the people, practices and core beliefs that make Inspire Financial Group a True Blue Business. A portion of the interview will air on KRLD in November. Companies identified as True Blue Businesses deliver quality goods and services while demonstrating a strong commitment to their customers, employees, and the community. They act with honesty and integrity, are “true blue” and loyal to the people they serve, and often go the extra mile. In short, they are the companies that Dallas-Fort Worth can count on.

True Blue Businesses are approved based on information obtained through comprehensive interviews and research. The evaluation process involves input from principles, officers, management, employees, and customers to determine a company’s ability to consistently demonstrate the following:

    • honesty and integrity in day-to-day dealings with customers, in the management of employees, in interactions with the community;
    • responsiveness in resolving customer complaints, handling employee matters, and adapting to changing market conditions;
    • and goodwill toward customers, employees, and the community.

In a letter to Inspire Financial Group’s employees, Korbin explained that the company was invited to apply for the True Blue recognition program after being recognized in the 2011 Five Star Wealth Manager program published in Texas Monthly in August 2011.
