WineFest in Addison to benefit cultural arts of Dallas County

Featuring cigar bar, live music, local restaurants at Cavanaugh Flight Museum

Don’t miss WineFest 2011, the intimate wine and food tasting event produced by the volunteers of The 500, Inc. and benefiting the Cultural Arts of Dallas County. WineFest will take place from 6:30 to 10 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 5 at the Cavanaugh Flight Museum, 4572 Claire Chennault in Addison. 

WineFest features an impressive selection of wines from Texas and across the country, complemented by delicious cuisine from more than 25 of the area’s top restaurants. The event also includes a cigar bar, live music, and a large silent auction. WineFest 2011 is presented by TimeWarner Cable and sponsored by DART, JACK-FM, Market Street, and Addison, the Magazine of the North Dallas Corridor.

Advance tickets are $35 per person and may be purchased online at winefest500.com. Tickets are $40 at the door. You must be 21 or older to attend.

Among the restaurants participating are BlackFinn American Saloon, Blue Mesa Grill, Button’s Food and Music for the Soul, Chow Asian Street Food, Chow Thai Addison, Dunn Bros. Coffee, Einstein Bro’s Bagels, Ferrari’s Italian Villa, Fish City Grill, Houlihan’s, Mango’s, Mercy Wine Bar, Nuevo Leon Mex-Mex Restaurant, Paciugo Gelato, Sambuca 360, Sweet Tomatoes, and Truluck’s Seafood, Steak & Crab House.

Participating vintners/wineries include CALAIS Winery, D’Vine Wine, Matador Meat & Wne, Mercy Wine Bar – and many more – along with Ben E. Keith, featuring world class imports and select craft beers.
