(Lewisville) Parks and Leisure Services Director Bob Monaghan was honored this week by the Southwest Parks and Recreation Training Institute with the James W. Kitchen Memorial Special Recognition Award.
The award recognizes members of SWPRTI who have made substantial lifetime contributions to the organization and to the parks and recreation profession.
The James W. Kitchen Special Recognition Award is SWPRTI’s most prestigious award and is presented no more than once per year.
