(Dallas) April 10, 2012 – Centennial Medical Center recently hired Reed Hammond as chief operating officer. He will be an integral part of Centennial Medical Center’s leadership team with primary responsibilities of managing all day-to-day operations for the hospital and leading patient satisfaction and quality initiatives.
With more than 10 years of combined clinical and administrative health care experience, Hammond brings extensive health care management and leadership skills to the team. He previously worked at Health Management Associates where he held various administrative roles including most recently serving as chief operating officer for Gilmore Memorial Regional Medical Center in Amory, Miss. Prior to transitioning into the health care industry, he worked as a production and financial analyst in the automobile industry.
Hammond earned both his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master of Business Administration from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Fla. He currently resides in McKinney with his wife.
