Congressman Hall recognizes Barbara Allan, Rotary Mentoring

(Rockwall) April 18, 2012 – Congressman Ralph Hall issued a proclamation for Rockwall Rotary Mentoring to Barbara Allan, in recognition of her much honored three years as chairman of Rockwall Rotary Mentoring.

Former Rotary president, Bill Sinclair, reached out to Barbara Allan to rebuild Rotary’s mentoring program and this proclamation was her “swan song.”

Barbara hands over the mentoring chair to Barbara Jackson in June to accept Rockwall Rotary’s Community Service chair, under president Frank Conselman.
