(Rockwall ISD) May 29, 2012 – Cain Middle School teacher/coach Ian Moreau presents an $845 donation for Helping Hands to Sherry Hamm, the non-profit agency’s Director of Assistance and Referral.
Coach Moreau said Hooping for Helping Hands was a faculty vs. students basketball game divided between girl coaches and students and boy coaches and students that was won this year by the girls.
The money and canned food donations came from ticket sales.
“We are always happy that our teachers and students have a good time earning donations for our agency,” said Hamm. “Their efforts are so appreciated.”
