(Rockwall ISD) On April 30, the UIL/ILPC state results for broadcasting were announced. The results are grouped by combining 4A and 5A schools.
For General News, Hunter Gerhart received 3rd place for his General Assignment news story over President Obama visiting Eastfield.
In the Graphics Category, Landan Coronado received 2nd place.
In the Photography or Videography category: Josh Johnson received 1st Place.
Studio 9 News was awarded the Broadcast Achievement Rating for their announcement shows produced and directed by Rockwall High School students.
