Celebrate with lions and tigers, support In-Sync in Twitter-based fundraising contest
(Wylie) June 13, 2012 – Thanks to local bloggers (Wylie is “Wild for In-Sync Exotics”), In-Sync Exotics will be participating in a huge Twitter-based fundraising contest. To help generate donations, and possibly win thousands of additional dollars in awards, the wildlife sanctuary will compete in Twive and Receive (TwiveAndReceive.org) (pronounced like “Give and Receive), a massive one-day contest to support nonprofits in different cities across the U.S.
Twive and Receive was created by Razoo, a social fundraising platform for individuals and nonprofits. The three charities that raise the most money will get a share of the $30,000 prize money.
BIG CAT BIRTHDAY BASH
Saturday, June 16: In-Sync Exotics is hosting our annual BIG CAT BIRTHDAY BASH from 11am – 4pm at the sanctuary, located at 3430 Skyline Drive in Wylie.
Join them for games, a bounce house, a scavenger hunt, and (for the first time) a fire truck! Visitors can enjoy their own cupcakes and ice cream as they watch the big cats receive birthday gifts and ice cream. Each cat will have a birthday card attached to his/her enclosure so that visitors can share their well wishes for the cats! In-Sync is requesting a donation of $10 per adult and $7 per child; this money goes directly to caring for the cats (as always). No strollers please.
In-Sync Exotics Wildlife Rescue and Education Center is dedicated to the rescue and care of abused, neglected, or unwanted exotic cats. There are now 60 exotic cats and one coatimundi calling In-Sync home. This includes three exceptionally rare white lions, a golden tabby tiger, three white tigers and two cheetahs.

Thanks to Lisa Williams, In-Sync Exotics, for keeping us posted on all the activities at the wildlife sanctuary.
