(Heath) October 9, 2012 – The City of Heath will present the Annual Heath Holiday in the Park at 6 p.m. Friday, November 30 in the Towne Center Park Pavilion located behind City Hall at 200 Laurence.
Heath residents and guests from surrounding towns are invited to kick off the season with all of the cherished traditions including the lighting of the beautiful Christmas tree; the merry sounds of the Amy Parks-Heath Honor and Dorothy Smith Pullen Elementary School choirs performing holiday favorites; and complimentary hot chocolate, wassail and cookies for all.
Children will enjoy visits with Santa and rides on the miniature Christmas train, so be sure to bring a camera for keepsake photos. Jump start your giving spirit by also bringing canned food donations to benefit Rockwall County Helping Hands.
For more information about the event, contact Heath City Hall at 972-771-6228 or visit heathtx.com. Follow the City on Facebook for details on other Heath Holiday activities, and feel free to share your festivities that are open to the public.
