Our goal is to assist financially with the rescue of homeless and abandoned animals,” writes Melanie Kuykendall, VP of WOOF-Stock Foundation of Texas. “Funding will initially be raised for a new facility for the animals in Royse City. We will provide funding for education, spay, neuter, medical care, boarding and foster homes until adoption.”
