(ROCKWALL-May 24, 2013) The Rockwall Area Chamber of Commerce recently welcomed Rockwall Pets with a ribbon cutting ceremony. The 501(c)(3) nonprofit has made “Rockwall the safest place in America for homeless pets,” according to No Kill Communities. Rockwall Pets saves animals at risk of losing their lives at area shelters. The pets are given full medical care then placed into loving homes.
Rockwall Pets led the way in achieving No Kill status for the Rockwall and Royse City shelters and received the Henry Bergh Leadership Award from the No Kill Advocacy Center. Its lifesaving mission is spreading across north Texas. See adoptable pets at rockwallpets.com.
