(ROCKWALL-May 15, 2013) Soroptimist International of Rockwall members Sandy Hanson, Sue Reeves and Gail Gage presented a Susan Faulkner Memorial Scholarship to Royse City High School senior, Luz Montero, at the school’s recent senior recognition and scholarship ceremony.
Miss Montero will be attending Stephen F. Austin University in the Fall.
