ABOUT SAIL WITH SCOTT
Sail with Scott offers group, shared and private charters on Lake Ray Hubbard. A third boat was recently added to the Sail with Scott lineup – a 37 foot trimaran cruiser/racer with carbon fiber hull and mast, aptly named Bucket List.
“It will be a thrill ride!” said owner and operator Scott Self. “If there’s a good wind blowing, you have got to belt in – it can go 30 miles per hour in a good wind.”
Self currently operates a 40-foot wooden catamaran named Seawolf, andHarbor Lights, a 57-foot gas/hybrid powered 98 passenger boat. All three boats will launch and dock near the lighthouse at The Harbor.
FIREWORKS
Sail with Scott produces a fireworks show every Thursday night through August 8, sponsored by Atmos Energy, timed to the last song of Rockwall’s free Concert by Lake.
Fireworks can also be enjoyed beginning at about 9:30 p.m. on most Friday nights in front of Chandlers Landing, sponsored by Allure Restaurant and the Chandlers Landing Marina. The next Friday fireworks show is June 21; be sure to check the schedule to confirm future Friday shows.
Saturday night fireworks shows are in front of the Hilton at The Harbor, sponsored by the Hilton, City Bank and Dodie’s Cajun Diner at The Harbor. Saturday fireworks shows are scheduled through August 31.
Don’t miss the Thursday, July 4th fireworks show in front of Allure at Chandlers Landing, sponsored by the Chandlers Landing Community Association, and produced by Sail with Scott.
Of course the best view for any of these fireworks shows is directly aboard Seawolf, Harbor Lights, or Bucket List!
