(Rockwall) July 19, 2013 – The City of Rockwall Parks & Recreation Department presents its 2013 Concert By The Lake Series, presented by Rockwall Ford and Rockwall Dodge.
All concerts are FREE and begin at 7:30 p.m. at The Harbor on Lake Ray Hubbard, 2047 Summer Lee Drive.
