Smokin’ hot barbecue competition, 5k run, car show Oct 5 in downtown Rockwall
(Rockwall) July 25, 2013 – Each fall, teams fire up their grills for a smokin’ hot barbecue competition in downtown Rockwall. This year, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, October 5, residents and visitors will flock to the historic downtown square for great food, fun and entertainment at the 5th Annual Rub Rub & Roll.
New this is year is a car show, sponsored by T&T Color Supply.
The 5k run is hosted by Rockwall Running Center. There will be a Poker Stroll hosted by Rockwall Old Town Shoppes, a wing contest, live music and more.
