(Rockwall) August 21, 2013 – This year the Friends of the Rockwall County Library will kick off their annual fundraising efforts by hosting a “Sail with Scott” fundraiser on Tuesday, September 24 on the Harbor Lights docked at the lighthouse on the waterside of the Hilton Hotel.
Boarding will begin at 6:45 pm and the boat will depart at 7, returning around 8:30.
This exciting adventure will be fun filled and relaxing to all who sail with the Friends of the Rockwall County Library. If you are not familiar with The Friends, we invite you to “sail” with us and be a part of supporting your Rockwall County Library.
Reservations and payments ($30/per person) will be accepted at the September meeting of the Friends of the Rockwall County Library or can be made by e-mailing Carolyn Duckworth at Carolyn_smu67@sbcglobal.net or Jean Gustafson at gusten@swbell.net. Join us for an evening sail of fun and fellowship.
