(ROCKWALL COUNTY – Sept 17, 2013) Rockwall County 4-H will hold a kick-off event from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Monday, September 23 at the County Extension Office, 915 Whitmore Ste. B, Rockwall.
Whether you’re interested in Dog Obedience, Fashion & Sewing, Food & Nutrition, Horses, Livestock Projects, Photography, Shooting Sports or Veterinary Science, there’s a lot to discover and experience as part of 4-H.
All Rockwall County 4-H clubs will have displays and representatives to answer questions. Clubs meet monthly with project groups meeting throughout the month.
4-H is one of the largest youth organizations in the nation offering young people the opportunity to build self-esteem, build friendships, and prepare for future. 4-H is for youth 8 years old and in 3rd grade through High School graduation.
