(ROCKWALL – November 1, 2013) Congratulations to Bradley (Brad) Chilcote, the Rockwall Area Chamber of Commerce‘s Ambassador of the Month.
Brad Chilcote is President of DalRock Performance Development, serving the DFW and Northeast Texas area. He brings over 30 years of experience in turning around and building strong organizations through an application of his leadership and coaching principles. He began his career in a family owned manufacturing business and progressed through a number of leadership, sales and management roles in the restaurant, defense, and healthcare industries before starting his company.
Believing that every individual and organization has an unlimited capacity for achieving their greatest ambitions, Brad applies his experience and passion by partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. His focus is in the areas of leadership, management, sales force development, career development and recruiting for executives, managers, and professionals. The programs and services are uniquely tailored for delivering real results that help organizations succeed and individuals gain the lifestyle they envision.
Brad holds an MBA in Information Systems Management, graduating with honors from Oklahoma City University. He has held a number of leadership positions in civic and community organizations, including Past President of the Northwest Lawton Kiwanis Club in Oklahoma and Past Commander of the Dallas Sail and Power Squadron. He is a board member for the Breakfast Rotary Club of Rockwall; and is active in the Rockwall Chamber of Commerce and Leadership Rockwall Class of 2014. He is also pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, expecting to graduate in 2017. Brad’s greatest inspiration comes from his wife, Candy, his faith and church community, as well as from two children and two grandsons living in Oklahoma.
