(ROCKWALL – October 22, 2013) Frankie Gonzalez was presented the Rockwall Student of Honor at the Rockwall Rotary Club’s October 17th lunch meeting.
Frankie attends Rochell Elementary, and was honored for his outstanding academic and citizenship achievement.
Jeff Shell, Vocational Services Chairman, presented the award.
