ROCKWALL (January 3o, 2014) Through Saturday, February 1, 2014, drop off a personalized Valentine card at Rest Haven Funeral Homes and Memorial Park, 2500 State Highway 66 East in Rockwall. Rest Haven will send the Valentine’s cards to heroes overseas as part of Operation Valentine.
