ROCKWALL (February 23, 2014) Chase Conley was presented the Rotary Student of Honor Award at the February 20th lunch meeting of the Rockwall Rotary Club.
Chase attends Herman E. Utley Middle School, and was recognized for his outstanding academic and citizenship achievement.
Assistant Principal David Girardi at Utley presented the award.
