ROCKWALL / ROWLETT (February 20, 2014) Second graders at Cullins Lake Pointe Elementary enjoyed Government Day on Tuesday, February 18. Rowlett Mayor Todd Gottel visited the students and spoke about local government. The students learned a lot about the services that our local government provides to citizens.
