ROCKWALL, TX (March 10, 2014) Join Beacon Harbor Rehabilitation Center, a Senior Care Centers facility located at 6700 Heritage Parkway in Rockwall, for a free program at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, March 13 celebrating National Nutrition Month.
The guest speaker will be Liz Jones, regular contributor to Blue Ribbon News and the Herald Banner, and a motivational speaker with more than 20 years experience in fitness and wellness.
