FRAs (Friends of Rowlett Animals) would like to invite you to make a difference in the lives of homeless pets like Scooter. The all-volunteer 501 (c) (3) Texas organization was founded in 2004, and works to improve communication between City of Rowlett Animal Services and the community. By partnering with local animal shelters, networking with animal rescue groups, utilizing community resources and social media, as well as conducting off site adoption events and fund raisers, FRAs is able to help increase animal adoptions.
