(ROCKWALL, TX) May With summer right around the corner, the Rockwall Independent School District announces the Child Nutrition Department will once again provide sponsorship of the Summer Food Service Program. This year the program will operate two sites; Dobbs Elementary and Rochell Elementary. Meals are free to all children 18 years and younger. There are no forms to fill out or parent identification required.
The RISD Child Nutrition Department will serve meals at the following locations:
Dobbs Elementary
101 S. Clark St.
Breakfast: 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.
Lunch: 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Monday through Friday
Rochell Elementary
899 Rochell Court
Lunch: 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Monday through Friday
The Federally Funded Summer Food Programs are a cost-effective way to provide children with meals during the summer months. For more information about the Summer food Service Program, visit www.summerfood.org or you can contact the RISD Child Nutrition Department at 972-771-8201.
