ROCKWALL,TX. (November 5, 2014) Rockwall Soroptimist recently attended a program meeting at the home of charter member, Norma Morris.
Mr. Vincent Duran, Director of the Boles Children’s Home in Quinlan, spoke to the group about the scope of their programs and the needs of their residents.
