How well do you love yourself?

Free, online tool measures overall well-being, provides plan to benefit the ‘whole you’

ROCKWALL, TX (Jan. 26, 2015) You’ve heard the saying “Love Yourself.” From philosophers to entertainers to religious advisors and even fictitious characters, we hear this and think that is really sweet. Or perhaps you disagree, believing instead that is selfish or rude to love yourself.

But what does it mean to love yourself? It means more than being happy with how you look or how friendly or outgoing you are. It is, in fact, much deeper than that. To love yourself means to make your health a priority – and to remember that the “whole you” is important: having friends and being involved in activities and organizations; having a community where you not only have your home but where you feel at home. Sounds wonderful, doesn’t it?

If it sounds more like a dream, then you have work to do. It is possible to achieve a great sense of satisfaction and even love the “whole you.” If you aren’t there, let 2015 be the year that you make yourself a priority! Others you love will reap rewards in return. There is nothing selfish about that!

Get started today – and the first step is right here. There is no commitment on your part, except to yourself.
