Springer student places first in 3D Division of Arts & Humanities Young Artist Exhibit

ROCKWALL, TX (Feb. 9, 2015) Litzy Herrera, from Springer Elementary, placed first in the 3D division of the Arts and Humanities Young Artist Exhibit in Rowlett. This competition was open to all of Rockwall and Rowlett area schools.  She will be presented for honors to the Rowlett City Council on March 3.
