ROCKWALL, TX (March 19, 2015) Elise Flisowski of Billie Stevenson Elementary School was recognized by the Rockwall Noon Rotary Club today as a Rotary Student of Honor. She was presented the award during a luncheon program at Rotary Hall.
Billie Stevenson principal Mike Pitcher spoke about Elise’s academic accomplishments and involvement in campus activities, as well as her kind heart and gentle spirit.
“She is a friend to everyone,” Pitcher said. “She was chosen by her teachers because she represents all the amazing, magnificent qualities of a Cub.”
