(ROCKWALL, TX – July 6, 2015) The Rockwall County Democratic Party will host Jon Bailey, Chief Executive Officer of Rockwall County Helping Hands, beginning at 9 a.m. Saturday, July 18 at Harry Myers Community Center, 815 E. Washington, Rockwall.
Bailey will be addressing the many ways that Helping Hands provides services to the people of Rockwall County.
