Communication is key for local author

(ROCKWALL/HEATH, TX – March 7, 2017) At the onset of writing her newly published book entitled “An Invitation into His Chambers…the Power of Intimacy with God,” local author Victoria Cleveland understood how communication is a vital key in any relationship. Whether it be family, friends or business peers, the ability to communicate effectively begins with understanding the one you are in relationship with. With that thought in mind, Vickie has written and published the first of a series of books dealing with the ability to make a deeper connection with God using every communication means possible.

Through a series of dreams and visions, Vickie’s book illustrates truths that allow you to have greater intimacy with God. As she explains, “God wants a relationship with you. Not just a ‘surface’ relationship, but one in which you come to know Him at the same depth He knows you. Jesus explained it this way in Matthew 22:37, ‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ To love Him like that not only requires a God-given ability, but it requires a time commitment from us to nourish that relationship. This time commitment will facilitate a deeper relationship and communication with Him.”

Vickie is an independent author who has spent more than three decades researching the topic of intimacy with God, and has come to the conclusion that freedom in communication is a key to this vital relationship. A local Heath resident, Vickie and her husband Luby have been married for 47 years. They have two grown children and five grandchildren. She is actively involved in her local church, and part of the ministry at the Poiema Foundation, a local non-profit organization established to help victims of human trafficking. Vickie’s next book, “Set Free by Real Love,” scheduled to be released in January of 2018, will help benefit this organization.
