(ROCKWALL, TX – June 23, 2017) Members of the National Charity League, Inc., Lone Star Chapter Class of 2023 spent an afternoon decorating socks with colorful, fun, non-skid designs to be included in birthday bags for clients of Meals on Wheels Senior Services of Rockwall County.
