(ROCKWALL, TX – Sept. 22, 2017) Rockwall High School Homecoming Week is October 2-7. The RHS Homecoming Parade will take place on Thursday, October 5. The parade begins at 6 p.m. at Dobb’s Elementary School. The parade route will follow Clark Street to Boydston to Townsend and end at the Wilkerson Sanders Stadium parking lot.
On Friday, October 6, beginning at 7 p.m., RHS Club Sweethearts and Escorts along with the RHS 2017 Homecoming Court will be recognized in pre-game ceremonies at Wilkerson Sanders Football Stadium. The RHS 2017 Homecoming Queen and King will be crowned during the ceremony.
Representing the freshman class are Macy Ray and Tyson Neighbors as Princess and Prince. Macey Weable and Jafar Albdeiri will represent the sophomore class as Princess and Prince. Junior class Princess and Prince are Chloe Jane Cox and Jacob Clark. Included in the Senior Homecoming Court are Lauren Baker, Summer Marchette, Lauren Hambley, Tatum Graham, and Hallie Brouillette, Justin Childers, Dillon Hubbard, Cole Talley, Brandon Reed, and Leonardo Rodriguez.
Kick-off is 7:30 p.m. for the football game between RHS and the Longview Lobos at Wilkerson Sanders Stadium.
The homecoming dance will take place on Saturday, October 7 at the Hyatt Regency Dallas. The theme of this year’s dance is The Stars at Night. Tickets can be purchased during all lunches on September 26 (seniors only), 27, 28, and 29 at Rockwall High School. More information is available on the RHS website.
